You mean the tags ruler_(fate/grand_order) and ruler_(fate/apocrypha)? Well the former isn't used so I guess there was no point in having both. As for the differences: in Grand Order she also has a white version of her usual outfit and (although I'm just going by the fate wikia since I didn't read Apocrypha or play Grand Order) always carries her standard unlike in Apocrypha.

Yeah, that one. I started tagging it manually under ruler as FGO then I noticed the other post had ruler as Apocrypha, I was wondering what's the difference exactly except that most of the tag goes to the latter so I changed it back all but it's rather confusing for those who don't know a lot about the Fate series.

Created a new tag colonel_olcott_(fate/grand_order) for helena_blavatsky_(fate/grand_order) since he is seen sometimes with her but a tag was not made. Wiki info is from FGO wiki itself, so help will be appreciated for polishing the entry up.

My knowledge of traditional clothes is not the best, is there any tag for the ones in post #2818399?

I personally don't think it needs it, and kamikaze has fairly decent assets of her own on the level of harukaze, if the bulge of her top is any indication.
