Looks too short to be a dress, unless the artist performed the sin of running out of space and stuffing what he wanted into the margins, which shouldn't happen digitally tbh (Because non-destructive canvas modifications).

i don't know but "sad panda" is returned by status code 302. we have http_status_code tag actually...
