I noticed both the facepaint and face_painting tags while going through the *paint* tags, and they practically the same thing. I want to alias face_painting to the more populated facepaint tag, but these aliases need to be removed first before aliasing all three of them.
The tag alias face_painting -> facepaint (alias #14709) has been rejected.
remove alias drawing_on_face -> face_painting
remove alias face_writing -> face_painting
The bulk update request #1175 has been rejected.

While face_painting might need to be cleaned up, I think it's pretty clear that one tag is for the action or act of drawing on a person's face while the other is for the markings on a person's face.
