Before going ahead on this, I think the relationship between magazine and book needs to be established. If magazine falls under the book tag, then this implication is probably fine. If magazine doesn't fall under the book tag, then it brings to question about having the book_stack tag restricted to only one format and if it's really necessary to have format specific stack tags.

Yeah, book_stack is currently used for magazines as well, and I don't think magazine falls under book.
