The "boat".
It's a bowl.

Should wide image (which should be a tag which is added automatically) be removed from post #2549289 (1200x750), added to post #2565207 (1500x500) or both? What actually counts as wide image?

How about renaming it to "pile dwellings" then? Is "dwellings" got wider mean than house? I'm not a native speaker so never feel confident in changing tag name.If we get to strictly about "house" part, what would those station and 'store' be tagged?
imo, as long as we could clearly see that the building is built on stilts the tag could apply.
So I guess it's a no to post #1503416.
@zeparoh
"Dwellings", like houses, are residential structures by definition, so changing the tag's name wouldn't help much. The English language lacks a more common term than "stilt house" for this sort of building, so I suppose that we should leave the tag alone for now. Perhaps we should note in the wiki that despite its name, the tag may be used for buildings that aren't houses, as long as they are on stilts.

Ah, thanks. We don't seem to have a tag for it though, hmm. I'm dubious if I should create it, but if anyone else feels that it belongs then feel free.
Tagging down to the individual species is going overboard, in my opinion. We usually tag fish by family, e.g., carp and clownfish, so it makes sense to tag this one as a butterflyfish. I was going to suggest creating this tag, but @Ozraptor deserves credit for doing so and correcting several posts that had previously been tagged angelfish.

In the case of post #2549289, I suspect that the tag was simply copied from post #2546554.

post #2565619 What would you call Marisa's outfit? It looks like a corset, but... I'm not so sure.

I'd just go with the easy solution and say that this is actually a high-waist_skirt and is partially covered by the apron.

Ah, thanks.
Crap, I forgot to ask about the hat. You see how there's stars on the inside of her hat? How do you tag that? It feels like there should be a specific tag for such a thing.
EDIT: post #2565656
I have so many questions. First, is she naked? Or are feathers covering her entire body? Is that an extra leg coming from her back, or is that her right arm? What do I even tag the liquid as? It looks like lava or magma or something.
I assumed she had an extra leg ('cause Yatagarasu), but if it's actually her other arm... I think that'd be bad anatomy? Though the picture does seem stylized, so it might be forgiven?

Updated the wide image and tall image wikis to clarify them. They're added automatically for images that are 4x longer on one side and at least 1024px long. But they can also be added manually and there are no criteria for when that should happen, so there are a lot of random not-so-wide posts in there too: wide_image ratio:<4:1, wide_image width:<1024.
Frankly I don't think either tag needs to exist considering that their criteria are arbitrary and you can always use ratio: / width: / height: metatags to more precisely search for the size you want.

I've been finding way too many posts where I just don't know how to tag them...
post #2565779 Utsuho's wings, for example. I just went with mechanical wings, but I feel like there are a lot more tags that could apply to the individual parts. And is light particles sufficient for all the glowing green lights? I'm not sure what to do for the cannon...
post #2565715 And is there a name for the giant machine in the background, and the blue thing next to Utsuho's head? What about her right leg, for that matter? I've no idea what to call it.

The machine just looks like some kind of atomic train. The blue thing might be a holographic interface? And her footwear looks like mismatched footwear and a single greave (although greaves is the more populated tag).

What would you call the green plaid thing Yuuka's wearing? It starts right below her breasts, so I doubt it's a bottom. If only the picture weren't so close up, it'd be easier to tell.

high-waist_skirt. Also looks like a pleated skirt too.

I concur with both. Also green skirt and plaid skirt.

post #2566797: The palm upright as if holding something (the right hand of the girl on the left).
post #2566822: The outfit. I feel like there's a specific name for it but can't think of it. Kind of want to say victorian but I'm not sure.

Are these appropriately tagged as layered dress? Since it lacks a wiki page I'm not sure.
Also should the first be tagged midair.
Updated by DanbooruBot
First one multiple layeres of the same attire which is a dress.
Second one: Apron + blue dress + petticoat(?). I wouldn't tag this with layered dress.

The original characters in post #2525707 and post #2538704. They're unnamed but they have derivative art, which right now is only grouped through parent/child relationship. Should they get character tags and if such, what should it be?
riyo's_negligee_girl and riyo's_bunny_girl, perhaps?

Well, on pixiv they're known as リヨ鯖 (riyosaba, riyo servant)… Problem is that that tag used to be only for the bunny girl, but now it's also used for the pistol babydoll girl (like pixiv #59884462 or pixiv #60156009).
I would name them something like riyo_servant_(udon) (nickname is うどん鯖 by the Japanese fanbase) and riyo_servant_(shochou) (nickname is 所長鯖 by the Japanese fanbase) but these are both fanmade names, and riyo himself hasn't decided what to name them…
I guess we could make an update later in the case they're given official names, but we'll see.

While I agree with the riyo_servant part, I disagree on the (udon) and (shochou) bits, since they aren't really descriptive of what you see, which makes tagging more difficult. riyo_servant_(bunnygirl) and riyo_servant_(babydoll)?
The tags can get aliased afterwards, like how it happened with the protagonists.

I suppose, my main gripe with that though is that even if they aren't descriptive of what you see, they're names. And for me, names > descriptions in character tags, even if they're fanmade. They offer the association to a certain character. Just like Gudako/Gudao are fanmade names.
But it's up to you, I think either way works. If there comes a better name, I suppose we'll cross that bridge when we get to it.
