remove implication netorare -> cheating
While they have similarities, NTR can be about "he/she feels cheated" which is not the same as "this person cheated on him/her".
E.g. post #2476548 is definitely netorare, but by the artist's comments it's not cheating.

Another would be netorare rape - for all intents, the one being raped has no control of the situation & couldn't be "cheating" their partner.
Another instance where it's netorare but not cheating. All parties here are aware of what's going on and yet they do it anyway. They even seem happy doing it. Either that or it's a polygamous relationship.
