I'm trying to change the tag for youkai_fox_(touhou) to youkai_fox_(wild_and_horned_hermit) in order to differentiate it from youkai_fox_(forbidden_scrollery). Thanks.
You can Request alias, the link should be in one of the tabs on top of the page whenever you're in the forums.
Just put into the fields from youkai_fox_(touhou) to youkai_fox_(forbidden_scrollery). Optionally, describe the reasoning behind the alias request. Once approved by, I think, a moderator any usage of the old tag will change to the new ones including future usages of the old tag (Like how kemonomimi becomes animal_ears automatically).
