same artist, for some reason during uploading from his twitter danbooru suggests parsley_f tag (it used to be empty tag, now it has 2 uploads because of this)

It's because the artist entry for parsley_f (artist #138271) had https://twitter.com/Parsley_F but paseri's entry (artist #27785) only had http://twitter.com/parsley_f. It's a bug, artist matching for twitter is case sensitive when it shouldn't be.

Moved manually and updated artist entries.

There are request forms in "Alias->Request alias" and "Forum->Request alias" menus, just fill them out and specify topic ID if you want to add your request to an existing topic, like this one.

Any particular reason why cuby_(dondoriansama) and momen102_(sji09u) are separated into two different artist tags?
I'm asking because even the wikis say it's the same artist.
