I just noticed that the white animal with bunny ears in Fate/Grand Order game is tagged four_(fate/grand_order) here, while according to wiki, the romanization is "Fou" (original text : フォウ).
Also, its real name is Cath Palug. Should I go with fou_(fate/grand_order) or cath_palug_(fate/grand_order) ?
Fou is the commonly-known name, and the one almost every character uses with him.

Wouldn't it be better to make a wiki listing all of the Type-Moon characters?
Fate is a huge franchise within the TM space, with three distinct subfranchises off the top of my head (FSN/FZ/HA and spinoffs), Extra/CCC/Extella, Prototype/Prototype Fragments) plus like half a dozen other independent works (Prisma, Case Files, Grand Order, Strange Fake, Apocrypha, April Fool's stuff)
It alone makes for at least half of TM's cast.

That said, the fate series namespace has become a hopeless clusterfuck due to differing naming standards across works and/or assumptions that are later proven wrong.
Just to give some examples:
- David is tagged as david_(fate/apocrypha) due to the prerelease project, even though he's not part of the finished product.
- Nero's saber_extra tag breaks the tagging convention of saber_(name_of_franchise).
- The Apocrypha tags (saber_of_red, etc) are difficult to remember without practice and doesn't even match the story's convention of everyone's identity being already known to the viewer. This is exacerbated by Grand Order, which has more widespread appeal than Apocrypha, using their names rather than classes.
- Altera/Attila is tagged as attila_(fate/grand_order) even though her actual game is Extella as revealed in interview materials and called Altera (well, アルテラ) in all official materials.
- nero_bride exists while Tamamo's CCC-alternate costume has no tag, although ironically that one became retroactively justified by Grand Order's release of a distinct Bride servant.
- The use of sakura_saber and demon_archer when by now the majority of the fandom know of them from Grand Order's Guda Guda event as Okita Souji and Nobunaga Oda.
- The hilarious sub-mess of Arthurs: saber, saber_lily, saber_alter, artoria_pendragon_lancer_(fate/grand_order), artoria_pendragon_alter_(fate/grand_order), heroine_x, santa_alter but no tag for Artoria Archer (aka Swimsuit Artoria). (As an aside, riddle me this: is Lancer Alter a derivative of Lancer or Alter? Should it really implicate the saber_alter tag?).
- On a similar case, lancer, cu_chulainn_(fate/grand_order), cu_chulainn_alter_(fate/grand_order).
- etc
Maybe this is the time to start standarizing Fate character tags into something coherent using the actual character name, a variant suffix if needed and a _(fate) (or _(fate_series)) suffix.
Yes, it'd involve spoiling the identity of servants in FZ and FSN, but those are common knowledge by now, would help with ambiguous tags such as archer, saber and rider, with characters that appear in multiple works within the franchise like Gil, Altera or El-Melloi II and make searching for characters with multiple identities/costumes easier.
So for example the Arthurs would become:
- artoria_pendragon_(fate)
- artoria_pendragon_(alter)_(fate)
- artoria_pendragon_(lily)_(fate)
- artoria_pendragon_(lancer)_(fate)
- artoria_pendragon_(lancer_alter)_(fate)
- artoria_pendragon_(heroine_x)_(fate)
- artoria_pendragon_(santa_alter)_(fate)
- artoria_pendragon_(archer)_(fate)
That'd allow for artoria_pendragon*_(fate) to find all variants.
The old tags can be kept as aliases or such.
