Not sure if waist capes should implicate the cape tag.

Also I've just very quickly migrated images from naked_cape to naked_cloak and edited their wikis, as the naked_cape tag was also being used to cover cloaks as well.

Well, personally I can't spot difference between waist cape with overskirt. Is the former really need to exist as tag?

Overskirt could absorb the waist_cape tag, but I believe in the old discussion people felt that there were some that were more like a cape and I guess less like a skirt and wanted to keep them tagged on a case-by-case basis.

I see. That makes sense.
So, other than tags that you're mentioned, this bulk is legit then?

Multicolored_cape and below all have very low post counts, so implications for them right now seem unnecessary.

I've migrated hip_cape over to waist_cape, as that tag seems unnecessary.

The bulk update request #875 has been approved.

Approved partially. Removed waist_cape from the bulk (it could really use a wiki), also rejected everything starting with multicolored cape and below, as the post count was below a dozen for each of those.
