There wasn't much discussion when this aliased with topic #9173, and as it stands now, it's inconsistent with partially_unzipped currently being a separate tag (though not well populated). I think they should be consistently unaliased since it's a significant visual difference (post #2466464) from fully/mostly unbuttoned/unzipped (post #2468987). Whether they should be implicated or not is another question.

A bit out-of-topic, but is center opening can be considered as partially unbuttoned? Depends on the clothing, of course.

I dunno, with center_opening I usually have something like post #2455308 or post #2426724 in mind, something tailor-made for it. If it's unbuttoned low below the breasts without exposing them, then maybe.
