Upload limit timer - is it actually 24 hours?

I can't even tell when the upload limit is reset, and it's meaning I can only upload 5-6 days a week - it feels like every day, my limit is reset after more than 24hrs and eventually it's so bad I just have to go to sleep instead.

Am I going crazy?

Your upload limit should go up in about 2 minutes time so I guess we'll see.

Fuck it, I don't think I'll be arsed to reach 60'000 uploads before the end of the year.

10/day is frustrating and waiting for the timer reset just isn't fun.
