Hmm, these should be more specific. See 3girls 1boy threesome, 2girls 2boys threesome for example. Some would qualify for your mass-updates, some wouldn't.

Are you sure this is a good idea? Some people seem to get rather irate when futa is tagged yuri. I imagine that they would be none too pleased to find futa among the search results for fff_threesome.

If anything, this makes their searches easier; they now only need fff_threesome yuri or fff_threesome -futanari; instead of threesome 3girls yuri / threesome 3girls -futanari

Nope. We'll have to be extra cautious with mass updates in the future, since they are not "take search, add tags", but "take search, remove searched tags, add new tags". We're lucky this case is relatively easily fixed (unless someone populated new *_threesome tags by hand earlier/later).

Threesome almost always means sex, using it otherwise is usually a double entendre, where the joke is that it sounds suggestive. Nobody unironically calls a three-person relationship a threesome, and co-opting threesome for that purpose would just force people to add/subtract additional tags to find what they're looking for, and probably screw up a lot of saved searches. Just make a new tag for this.
