It should imply food-themed_hair_ornament which implies hair ornament^^. But it seems it already does imply that, so it should be removed from the bulk.

I've gone ahead and removed it since the implication is already in place.
I tend to also tag dice as hair_cubes (which implies hair ornament already), though I guess that might not be feasible as an implication since there could be non-cube dice hair ornaments.
