Cat girl tag

As you can see, this tag is extremely underpopulated. cat ears stand at 72k posts, while cat tail stands at 37k posts. I need the help of you guys to populate this tag.

This is necessary because with this tag, we can differentiate between actual cat ears with fake animal ears when it comes to searching.

I hope with this, users can find the images that they exactly wanted (an actual animal-eared girl) withough get mixed with fake ones. (Although the tag bunny girl is a bit biased due to contains both actual animal girl and a normal girl with bunnysuit)

Wouldn't kemonomimi mode do the trick? Also, you can't have the bunny girl tag mean two different things. It has to be one or the other and personally, I think it should be the one where the girl has actual bunny characteristics.

I think kemonomimi mode only applies to a character that canonically is not an animal girl (that means only for copyrighted character like from anime, manga etc.). Based from this, an original character normally exempted from this tag.

I don't really see why kemonomimi_mode should be restricted to specific copyrights. Surely any character not usually drawn with animal_ears could be tagged kemonomimi_mode when they are drawn with, right?

This "not usually" part is surely based from a canon appearance, right? I was talking about one-shot original character, not recurring original character i.e. nanashi_(shirogane_usagi).

I agree this is something important. I keep thinking up approaches for a mass tag update but unfortunately there seems too much room for false positives.

Also there is catboy to look at too.

"psudo-furry"(or part-anthro) and "costume ears" seem like more accurate.
even if it might be somewhat loaded for some.
