I might be misunderstanding you, but that is the Japanese term for it which we just transliterated. The pixiv tag is タコさんウインナー (tako-san uinnaa) or Mr. Octopus Wiener. The uinnaa is their transliteration of wiener.

So wiener is an English word when it comes to sausages and stuff like that? I mean I know this word (that's why I wrote in three languages), but I wasn't aware it's also used in this context.
