remove implication juliet_sleeves -> puffy_sleeves
remove implication juliet_sleeves -> long_sleeves
create implication juliet_sleeves -> puffy_long_sleeves

Juliet sleeves are puffy and long sleeves (given from the existing implication).
Now puffy long sleeves is one term more and fitting and since this tag implicates both tags (puffy- and long sleeves), this request adds one tag and doesn't remove anything as a result.

You're misunderstanding the tags. "Juliet sleeves" and "Puffy long sleeves" are mutually exclusive. Juliet sleeves are only puffy at the shoulder. See Danielx21's post in topic #7911 for examples of "puffy long sleeves".

Ugg, then I used the two tags completely wrong for a pretty long time :/.
So juliet sleeves are only when the "shoulder part" of a long sleeve is puffy and puffy sleeve for the entire sleeve....
