Missed Searches "creampie" and "shemale"

I looked through the missing searches and the ones that caught my eye are the ones creampie and shemale. These searches are much more objective than the others I've seen there but I can't think of how to alias them. Normally, you would think a creampie would mean cum in pussy but it can also mean cum in ass and a shemale is defined in Wikipedia as a trans-woman with male genitalia, which would make it the synonym to newhalf but users who typically search shemale are actually looking for futanari.

What do you guys think? Should these tags be aliased or should they become disambiguation pages?

Creampie would go nicely with a disambiguation page, especially with cum_inside existing too.
Shemale could do well enough aliased to futanari if there's agreement of the latter as an umbrella tag for (female) intersex, considering some futanari images do not rule out presence of testicles and/or absence of a vagina, so what one may see as the Wikipedia definition of "shemale" would here be tagged-as-you-see with our more generic term.
At least, by my off-the-cuff impressions.

I'm more familiar with shemale and newhalf meaning the same thing, as opposed to shemale meaning the same thing as futanari, so I'd support using a wiki page that directs users to either futanari or newhalf.

How I understand the terms:
M-F transsexual = shemale = newhalf
intersexed ≈ futanari = hermaphrodite

I'm thinking that maybe cum_in_pussy and cum_in_ass should imply creampie. Anyone else agree?

On second thought, I don't think I should due to x-rays showing that cum have to doesn't to be flowing out of the pussy and can still be in it.
