-1 I never knew these tag existed, and it kind of confuses me. I would rather have the combination of standing + leg up than standing on one leg + one_leg_raised tag. It's kind of like why we don't have lying on back, lying on stomach, or lying on side tags, and instead have lying plus either on back, on stomach, or on side tags.
I would be more supportive of a mass update, where:
standing on one leg->standing + leg up
one leg raised->leg up
I agree that one leg raised is redundant to other tags and is probably unnecessary. However, I don't support the mass update, as it seems to me that leg up means the entire leg is raised. Otherwise, why do we have the knee up tag? I would rather tag like this:
