Use the following link format:

The {Youtube ID} can be found in the Youtube links as shown below:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v={Youtube ID}

Using the videos you linked to, the links would be:

http://img.youtube.com/vi/9sI6nzBynOY/maxresdefault.jpg
http://img.youtube.com/vi/K-z3Ul6ejrM/maxresdefault.jpg

Take those links, and go to IQDB.org and search for that image. If you don't find them there, you can always use Google Images to search for the images.
