So, this upload has been stuck in queue for more than a day now. Is there any way to cancel this so I can reupload the same picture?

IIRC once when I had an upload stuck processing, I just tried uploading it again later and that one went through. When the first one finally finished, it canceled itself with an "already uploaded." There might be some kind of "MD5 already queued" check that I'm forgetting or that was added since then, though.
