Help finding the source of a very old image

Hi.

I just rediscovered an old image that i found a very long time ago. And by very long i mean more than 10 years. Do any of you know anything about it, or can help by directing me to some forum/group that does some image detective work?

Google "Search by Image" turned out to be pointless.
