The combination gives 87 posts. If you know how many pages the search gives, you can figure it out with simple math.

I know, I just want to know if there's any more convenient way to do it.
Besides, there's possibility that there are deleted posts included, which can make the counting process with that way a bit unreliable.

I think you can do it like "touhou+mochiki-status:deleted" for times like that, right? Or does that not do the job?

Just add the tag status:active to your search.

As far as I know, it's only accessible by manually entering the API url.
Note that if the database times out (like with a count of bad_id), you get a "count" of 1000000 (issue #2170).
