create implication bunnysuit -> leotard
It seems to be what it is. Also, when a post with the "bunnysuit" tag is uploaded, someone else goes the extra mile and the "leotard" tag. Besides, "playboy bunny leotard" (the tag for one not worn bunny ears) is implicated to "leotard" anyway.
EDIT: Also create implication kittysuit -> leotard in relation. Same reason.

Then what do you call what Anchovy is wearing in post #2136934? We can't appropriately call it a bunny suit without rabbit ears or cotton tail. Also tell that to the user(s) adding the "leotard" tag to those with "bunnysuit."

If a bunnysuit incorporates a leotard, and most bunnysuits do, then the leotard ought to be tagged as well, just like one would tag the bunny ears and bunny tail if present. Tagging something that's actually depicted in the image isn't misusing tags by any means. You can always search for leotard -bunnysuit if you're looking to narrow down your search.
That said, I'm opposed to this implication because bunnysuit designs occasionally substitute a swimsuit for the leotard, as in post #1833900. Swimsuits should not be tagged leotard.

Perhaps the leotard implication should be removed from playboy_bunny_leotard? Although if playboy_bunny_leotard contains neither bunny nor leotard, it's not intuitively named.
Leotard means something specific: the athletic/dance/gymnast uniform. It's a popular outfit and is ubiquitous enough to stand alone without being mixed in with bunnysuits and bodysuits etc. The de facto tagging situation does not reflect this however, and makes searching for actual leotard pictures more tedious than necessary.

That is a problem for the tag, but it's hard for me to think of a intuitive name for it that doesn't look awkward: "non-bunny playboy bunny"? (still isn't perfectly intuitive on its own since it's supposed to exclude felid-themed Playboy bunny suits that fall under kittysuit as well).
