I was going to mail a user discouraging their posting a roleplay between themselves and the depicted character on post #2066074. I could swear I had seen that discouraged somewhere in the wiki-rules, but I don't see it mentioned in howto:comment nor its decently recent history.
That thought lead me further, however; assuming either an addition is made to discourage roleplay or it actually already exists somewhere I can't recall, where does it cut off? Personally I find the unending "call the MP-sans" meme with asterisk-actions of carrying characters off or calling police spattered across Kantai Collection images depicting younger/flatter chested characters to be incredibly annoying, but I don't know if it fits in the same category or if it's just a pet peeve of mine and nobody else.
If I'm just remembering entirely incorrectly and there never was or should be such a rule, I apologize for the waste of time and text space. I just could swear I'd seen it somewhere and at some point even deleted a few of my earliest comments as a result.
