I'm trying to find a way to tag the pose as seen in post #1604512, post #1542319 and post #1547849: Bent arms to the side and wrists folded outward. Is there a tag for it that I'm missing? If not, what should it be called? (My first thought was "girly pose.")
I've tagged it with forearms_at_chest. The tag name's a bit dry and could be improved, but right now I'm more focused in getting the visual categorized somehow.
bumping this as i came across post #2043143 recently. think that girly_pose is broad enough to cover if the wrists are bent outward or inward and if the forearms are near the chest or far from it unless we want something very specific tags for each scenario. the only common thing is it has to be two (clenched?) hands.
Calling it a "pose" suggests the character is standing still, I think removing "pose" from the name would be better for the tag name (that is call it girly_running instead).
This is in reference to the flood of images under that tag like post #1727425, and even active images like post #1814379 where it is clear the characters are moving and not standing still.
Also an image like post #1608953 doesn't really seem to suggest the character is moving at all, so calling it "girly_running" or even "girly_running_pose" is wrong in my opinion.
i'm perfectly fine splitting the temporary girly_running_pose to those seemingly or genuinely running (as running_girly) and those seemingly striking a pose (as girly_pose atm for the sake of discussion).
however, girly_pose still remains ambiguous. without a clear definition a conflict or overlap with forearms_at_chest is imminent. this still depends if we want something specific or broad for the given examples.
^ imho, that's still can be considered a girly_pose, nothing's been defined yet. however, that means girly_pose will be an umbrella tag for arms/hands positions that appears to be anything girly.

Sounds like a good idea to me. It's good for tag definitions to be intuitive, as a general rule, and the most intuitive possible definition for this one is as a catchall.
