I'm dumb and didn't search before making the alias/topic. There seems to have already been discussion at topic #9290. But I'm not sure I understand the conclusion that was come to, if any. Should both be tagged when used for swimming, and only innertube otherwise? Do the tags need cleanup?

It's fine if an alias is created, since I was the one holding it up in the past.
