Hello everyone, few days ago I signed up to this site, and read the rules of tagging and uploading such as linking pixiv artists through Source or naming their names. But there is a problem, I need to wait for the first week of registration and because of that I can't upload my materials. Do I need to do something else entirely first or wait?

Yea, the week period is mostly anti-spambot (i think), also, you say 'my materials' - note that Uploading One's Own Art is Sacrilege

Uploading your own art is fine if the art is good. It has to be objectively good, though.

Ah, I see. By materials I mean artworks that I found. Also I need to PM the artist first then I can upload it in here?
I recommend you spend the week lurking. You should familiarize yourself with the forum stickies and the help pages, so that when you start uploading you'll already have a strong understanding of how the site works. The sooner you read howto:upload, about:mod queue, and help:blacklists, the better.
