These are an actual thing, so it makes sense that we'd start seeing art featuring them (granted those are actually pantyhose, but anime isn't bound to physics like people are). It seems like a unique enough concept to have its own tag instead of relying on cat/bear/dog/etc print. I just have no idea what to call such a tag that includes various animal faces and/or tails.

Would animal thighhighs be too ambiguous? Or would we also want to include any pattern that fits over the edge (ie: not necessarily an animal)?

animal band legwear maybe? Something so it's clear that it's not for prints.

Bump. These really should have a tag. Now post #2072962 too. There are probably already a few of these on the site that aren't tagged. cat print doesn't really fit, IMO.

I was originally torn on it because I thought we'd start seeing non-animal band patterns, but we'll cross that bridge when we get to it.

Also, continue tagging them with the animal print tags, imo. Unless it's just the outline of an animal's ears with no face, the print tags still apply.

How about something along the lines of uneven legwear band for a general tag instead? I'm sure there are other thighhighs with obscure patterns that spill over the usual flat thighhigh band. I doubt it's a common enough occurrence as of yet to have separate tags for both of these.

I guess it could be symbol_shaped_legwear. I imagine we won't need it though.
