Why is post #71918 locked at "questionable"?

I'm a little confused over something. Would someone explain why post #71918, an innocent girl-girl kiss, is locked at "questionable"? Is it because that it -is- girl-girl, that non-straight couples are automatically considered non-safe? Or am I missing something else?

Really old posts tend to be note/rating/both locked for no good reason. I don't know if it was an old bug, a vandal, or what, but there are a lot of them like that.

As for why it was questionable specifically, that used to be the default rating and probably no one bothered to manually edit it until now.

It used to be anybody who had upgraded above basic Member could access the note and rating locks. I'm guessing at least some stemmed from that.
