tied_up needs cleaning up

The wiki for tied up says that the tag is for "Physical restraint of a person in a comedic or non-sexual context, in contrast to bondage." However, the tag as it stands is chock full of very obviously sexual bondage. Either it needs to be gone over with a fine-toothed comb (I'd put my money where my mouth is if I weren't prepping for a final,) the wiki needs to reflect the tag's actual usage, or the tag should just be nuked entirely.

I think it's a worthwhile tag in principle but obviously a lot of people who don't religiously consult the wiki suffer from the misunderstanding that it's just a synonym of bondage, such as in post #1832376, which inspired me to create this thread. Unless someone wants to curate the tag with an iron fist, it might be less of a headache not to have it and just accept that people will have to search rating:s bondage or something to find non-sexual posts along those lines.

I should have some time over the holidays, so unless anyone has comments or concerns I'm going to start on this tag cleanup tomorrow, based on my personal understanding of what tied up is intended to contain. (I really would appreciate some comments, because I still suspect trying to curate the tag is ultimately impractical.)

post #1867687 - I'm not actually sure what to do with shibari that isn't blatantly erotic. My instincts say it's "sexual bondage" even if the picture itself isn't pornographic, but I recognize it's a matter of opinion.
