Creating Pixiv Artist Entry

Is there a way to create an artist entry from Pixiv if the artist did not change their profile picture?

1) Click pixiv's "Feed" tab and get the artist's pixivID from the URL.
2) Add this URL into danbooru's "EDIT Artist: URLs": http://img.pixiv.net/img/(pixivID)/
