When she was doing her model reveal, I was half expecting her face to appear as the chibi model one, as a joke. Probably very difficult to do, but it would've been a great bit. She looks incredible.
To be clear, Ame isn't actually "returning to Hololive". She's just coming back for a guest performance in Kiara's upcoming 3D live.
The whole thing is a funny story in fact. The 3D live was originally planned for December, but due to Visa issues (from what I heard; not sure if it's true but it makes sense since Ina was having visa issues at the time) it had to be delayed. But with it being moved to late April, Fauna had already graduated and Mumei and Gura couldn't contractually commit without knowing if it will even be released before they were gone. And then Bae just wasn't available.
Having lost 4 members, Kiara needed to make some adjustments and needed a replacement and she really wanted to keep it just EN members only so she had the desperate idea to ask if she can have Ame back for it. Management gave their approval without any issue, and Ame turned out to be free so she was able to come and record.
Ok I apologize if this sours the mood, but will this collab help to quell all of the doom posting that's been going on ever since Gura's announcement? People have been saying it's the end of Hololive, Yagoo is evil now, the company is exploding, it's Nijisanji all over again, absolutely overblown stuff. Will this at least make people quiet down a bit?
Cause it's honestly really infuriating seeing people act like the world is ending, instead of, more justifiably and rationally, just giving Cover a bit more scrutiny and a critical eye.

Maybe a bit? But realistically, the best bet is to just ignore the dumbass doomsayers because they've been trying to go "IT'S THE DOWNFALL OF HOLOLIVE" for years at this point, and unlike Niji there isn't massive piles and records of evidence of them being a shit company with half the EN graduates/terminations throwing out ridiculous horror stories since leaving. Heck, on the EN side of recent graduates, Fauna is the only real odd one out - Mumei has had years of health issues, and Gura has been practically retired for years with her lackluster streaming schedule, those two aren't particularly surprising that they finally bit the bullet.
Not saying people shouldn't at least keep some eye on Cover to see if things actually spiral out of control, but people should also just process that it's kind of extremely normal to not stay at the same job for your entire lifetime. Hell, on the JP side Shion has been working at Hololive for what, nearly a full third of her life? Is it really surprising that she might decide to go try something else?

Shion's graduation actually comes because she's getting criticized by her own family that doesn't recognize live-streaming as real job, which causes her stress. Her graduation is the most 'normal' out of the recent graduations.
Considering it has been a large amount of time, I declare myself the winner of this soyduel This is actually interesting as this may be the very first soyduel in danbooru history
The hornet_(kancolle) tag doesn't apply to the images in this series with the white-shirted girl as that's CV-12, not CV-8. The vehicle and personification tag does, however, thanks to the sneaky addition of CV-12 in the right hand corner there. All in all, an awesome series of images by Timmyyen! It really reminds me of that image of Azur Lane's Illustrious with all the planes she carried in her lifetime.
That's not a F-86, it's a FJ Fury. Can't really tell from the side view whether it's meant to be a -2, -3, or -4 model though, since the main difference is the wing design. Not sure how to tag it, since the original FJ-1 was very different and this isn't that. If the tags even need to be that specific, anyway.

Because the FJ Fury is a navalized F-86, for tagging purposes here on Danbooru it keeps the f-86 tag, similar to how the Sea Hurricane is tagged Hawker Hurricane. I know on navalized aircraft with several examples get their own tag implied to the base plane, like the Seafire implies to Spitfire, but as these are the first examples of the Fury we're a ways off that.
When it does reach that point, it would just be tagged "FJ Fury", with all the variants under the one tag.
Oops, I don't know how how I mixed up Fiend and Deity (maybe I slipped up punching it into the wiki to find the official translation?), thanks for fixing it.
