That she does. Given her character bio and what she says in the game, I suspect that Crazy Mita didn't directly kill and abuse Tiny Mita, but instead indirectly did it through a plethora of abusive and violent players.
Because power level debates—along with shipping debates—are the dumbest thing to come out of fandom. Danbooru users in general have historically had zero patience for that sort of nonsense. Save it for the RP forums.
