Like, that did the commissioner hope those would achieve? They would just break easier, or worse deform to the point where they are a hindrance, such as causing the swords to get stuck or blocking the barrels of the machine guns, not to mention actively contributing to the barrels overheating.

    Pretty sure it's Haru. She uses a grenade launcher in game, gardens as a hobby, and her father's dungeon is themed around sci-fi B-movies which all fits with this design. The title which can roughly translate to "noble daughter" may be a reference to her status as heiress to a major company. It looks like a design for a hypothetical Shadow Haru boss for a Shattered Glass-style AU
