Ok, time for raving context. This is a redraw of the middle finger Milner gave to Augusto Farfus during the 2025 Daytona 24 hours race, seen below:
Now what led to this? Farfus was something like 50 laps down in the #48 car and blocked the hell out of Milner's #3 car, which allowed Farfus' teammate (Kelvin van der Linde) in the #1 to catch up to Milner and get into position to try and pass for the class lead. Farfus got a drive through penalty for this, but the shenanigans continued even after the penalty was served, ultimately leading to a pretty hard contact between the #3 and #1 that damaged the Corvette's left rear, with bodywork and the tail light dangling.
The #1 eventually got around the bruised Corvette, and Farfus was served ANOTHER drive through for blocking - Milner took the opportunity to show Farfus the bird as he passed the BMW going into the pit lane. The incidents didn't end there, as the #4 Corvette later took one for the team in the closing segment of the race by spinning the #1 BMW out and putting it a lap down - putting it completely out of contention for a win or podium. The move put the #4 out of contention as well thanks to the late race drive-through penalty they received for it, but I guess you could say it was worth it since the #3 managed to pull a second place finish in class.
This YouTube short shows the highlights of the Corvette/BMW clashes from the race, starting from the contact that damaged the #3.
