If it wasn't for the red stripe under the blue signs, I'd totally believe it's a German train station. The numbers usually indicate the train platforms.

The rear plane is a Albatros D.V. The front plane is a Nieuport 17.

This is definitly not a T-35. It could be some japanese monstrosity, but it's no O-I.
