That she does. Given her character bio and what she says in the game, I suspect that Crazy Mita didn't directly kill and abuse Tiny Mita, but instead indirectly did it through a plethora of abusive and violent players.
Still, I am incredibly shocked. I wasn't so sure I was going to like her character but the story quest backflipped that opinion into a garbage can. The whole cast was great.
