At the moment we have a group of effortlessly dominant umas and another of hypercompetitive but ultimately out of luck umas based on their soul history. I wonder if either of those statuses will be allowed to officially change in game.

The headwear and the hairstyle seem to be a combination between those of Veronica_(Valentine) and Veronica_(Princess_Rising), which is the aged up current in-game version of Veronica. Since the original request (linked in the Commentary) makes allusion to age and adapting the costume to better suit a more mature Veronica, I've added tags that reflect this.
Also who takes over the Star Network in case Star Nun moves to the City Church? Spicy Nun is too young (and still too corrupt) and Smug Nun would probably spy on Grumpy all the time. So Grumpy Nun needs to become head of the Star Network, become the Grumpy Star Nun. That or Star Nun takes the entire Star Network with her to the City Church.
