No. It would be HiH if you could somehow believe it's a total coincidence that they used the exact same design, but they got Hikosan to design her model, so they knew what they were doing. It was the most popular fan design, so it's hardly surprising. Hololive is very in touch with its fans.

PekoMama is already one of the most Popular Holomilf HoloMom ever since Pekora brought her on stream and fanartist were already drawing some nice fanart of her.
