Indeed. More context is needed to know what's exactly going to happen, and this image doesn't have that important element. Besides, as a personal note, I suggest you to be patient and wait until a post is approved before adding it to any Pool; just a personal suggestion, as I said.

Not sure if you know what they are, but in case you don't, these are "unalloyed golden needles", they're used in the game to stop the alien scarlet rot from spreading through a body. It's not clear if doing it destroys the needle or if it has to stay in, but supposely the only one you can find isn't enough to treat Malenia, Blade of Miquella, but is enough to treat Millicent, Malenia, Blade of Miquella's "daughter" and avid fanfiction writer. Also didn't know Minecraft had glow arrows, maybe it's time to finally try it again.
