To create an artist tag, you have two options: you can write in the tag section artist:ghostdraw, or you can just add the tag ghostdraw, go to the Tags section of the website, look said tag up, press ··· and click on Edit, which will give you a page with a dropdown menu that lets you change the category to Artist. You can imagine which of these two options gets you to what you want sooner. Don't forget to also add self-upload, and remember that this website isn't like Twitter or dA or Pixiv or Tumblr or Instagram where you can just upload art freely, it'll be judged by the approvers!
