It's one of the rare expression from Kaichou. No wonder it's meme-able :DogeKek:
Maybe for you it may be cute. But for me it's just sad. Miyu gets tired of these birds because they jump on her skirt and when she flaps her legs to scare them away, a few seconds later they jump on her again. What if you were in my place? ? Would you help Miyu scare away the birds or watch the birds abuse her? Or the other way around. Would you be happy that some birds attacked you in a swarm and no one was willing to help you to scare them away?
If I were Sensei, if instead of standing like a pole, I would pull out a gun and shoot those little 💩. I love Miyu and when I see how these nasty little birds are tormented, I get goosebumps.
None of those really work. You're not trying to flirt with someone if you drop that first one, and the other two just don't make any sense.
That's basically right wing humor in a nutshell. The jokes aren't jokes since the only punch line is liberalism bad insults and layered with extreme warping of what they perceive as liberal values.
Was a YouTube video from a few years ago that kind of explained how that happened. Essentially conservative audiences just simply were no longer interested in real comedy with real jokes, so pretty much all the conservative comedians either left the market to do other things or they simply turned into non-comedians who tell non-jokes preaching as if they have some profound insight to mock liberals and their beliefs.
