Yeah and Ubisoft Brasil's official marketing to be exact. Here's also the Youtube link https://youtu.be/89bztUO2JuE
Gah, should've grabbed it from there. But yes, 100% official art, though we are approaching "false advertising" territory here. Wanted to save it just for the over-the-top factor alone. It reminded me of the better times of Ubisoft with releases like Far Cry Blooddragon.
If this how Goobieslop had marketed AC Shadows in the first place, maybe the game release wouldn't have been drowned by so many dramas.
Touting it as historically accurate, something they never did for previous entries, really didn't do them any favors, especially once everyone figured out the source for Yasuke's "history" was some white dude that tried to pass his fantasy story as historical fact.

Yasuke was a real person though, and loosely is a samurai- or at the very least a high ranking servant synonymous to a samurai. A lot of the drama is rooted in inherently anti-Black racism. This wasn't an issue when Afro Samurai came out, or Nioh, or Yasuke on Netflix, or Samurai Champloo... So there shouldn't be one now. It's historical fiction, don't let one or two entries from some random doofus in 2017-2019 ruin it for everyone else.
Cinquedea originally was known as 'five-fingers span blade', which DOES NOT denotes the largest width of the blade near the base. The name was thought to originate from the time when the blacksmith making these kind of blades started putting fuller grooves on the body of the blade to both reduce the weight of the blade and improve the spine rigidity; these grooves are often carved as a set of five (but other numbers, like three or four also exists) which is then alikened to 'fingers', and in turn becomes the inspiration for the name for these sort of blades. Cinquedea varies wildly in size, the shortest specimen was around 25 cm while the largest specimen was around 71(!) cm and based on their size they can be either used as a knife or sword.
