For character request: Those are maverick hunters who were with Sigma in a flashback in Zero's story (Spoiler content) in Mega Man X4. They don't seem to have names. Sigma refers to "Gamma's unit", but since they were wiped out, these characters aren't part of them.
There's a theory online that Cranberry is based off of Sid Vicious from the English punk band The Sex Pistols, and Peach is based off of his girlfriend, Nancy Sprugen. The hairstyles are definitely similar, and the official material has Cranberry and Peach being bosom buddies, and Sid and Nancy had a wild life together to the very end in which Sid is alleged to have possibly been the one to kill her with a knife, but he died of a heroin overdose before the case could be brought to trial.
