I don't get.
I see the Nichijou and parody tag, but I still don't understand. :/

The parody is that one skit where Yukko was riding the train and a series of unfortunate events leads to her getting publicly embarrassed while a younger girl struggles not to laugh. It ends with Yukko meeting with Mai and both puts on Halloween costumes which is where the younger girl breaks while the gundere girl remarks that Halloween already ended.
This specific scene is either when Yukko stood at the side of the train that was facing the opposite side of the exit or when Yukko bumped into a statue and apologized to it thinking it was a human.

I know that the extra arms are there to simulate movement/action, but it still looks kinda wonky and silly.

    Gretarting is trying their best

In all seriousness, I do agree that it looks a bit janky.

I'm not sure what Dog Ningen is or why everyone in the replies is talking about it, but that's clearly Blaidd from Elden Ring.

Would be so much better if the Twitter replies didn't lie about that. I don't actually know much about Elden Ring.

    Okay so basically…
Dogga (I will refer to it as dogga instead of…) is about a dogga who wants to rape his father because his father raped his mother (who was a dog).
It somehow makes less sense than my summary and I should probably read it.
