What’s great about Gyfcat, unlike Tenor, is that it allows you to save the original source. Although the artist deleted the original gif, I managed to preserve it thanks to Gyfcat’s archive. It might have lost some quality, but it’s better than nothing. I just found out today that Gyfcat is gone. Out of curiosity, I checked if my account was archived, and to my surprise, all the gifs I uploaded still seem to work. That’s how I rediscovered this forgotten gif.
