This is a Fender Jazz Bass, though it seems to not be an official colorway offered to that bass. I'm pretty sure this is Lake Placid Blue (the same colorway used for Ichika Hoshino's Telecaster), but I may be wrong.
I tried finding the origin of this work a couple of years ago after seeing it on /a/ but only managed to find reposts of reposts of reposts with people asking for the original artist.
