I had a feeling that Cure Nyammy would be the one to strike the first punch of the entire series. I kind of hope that this becomes more common, as it just doesn't really feel like a Precure series without the martial arts and fierce attacks.
To be fair, it's unusual for *every* monster of the week to be an actual animal. Usually, either they're mostly inanimate objects, or it's a Dokidoki-like situation where the monster is separate from who/whatever it was created from. (Or Heartcatch which was somehow both at once.)

I'll be bold and assume he meant 'male human(oid)'. Genji's a turtle and he may or may not be alive, Youki's dead, Unzan's a cloud, Myouren's dead, and the giant catfish ... what IS its gender anyway?

WHat about Marisa's father? and the Watasuki's husbands?

Technically, Youki's in hermitage. But regardless, he's an old man and Rinnosuke('s shop) is canonically well-known in Gensokyo, so I don't think Youki would ever get much attention from the girls...
It took me way too long to figure out that's the f91 in the back, between the gp01 covering up its lower torso and it being positioned to look like it's one of the taller gundams.

Wait what?. So the mission was really to get rid of people like Ariane?

The mission was mainly intended to be a demonstration of power/propaganda for the Nation. Send hundreds of ships out into space with brave explorers to colonize new worlds. If they found a new planet, good job. If not, well there's a reason the Penrose was considered 'low-cost'. It wasn't really intended to get rid of people like Ariane, she only joined the mission to get away from her life on Rotfront and avoid being assigned to Sierpinski.
Late to the party but I’m pretty sure the Monster Energy camera strap is a reference to a semi known image on the internet of a guy cosplaying as Astolfo holding a can of Monster in front of where his penis is.
