This looks to be a collage rather than a completely original work. There's weird outlines on everything, the texture on the clothes seem at odds with everything else, the damage on the halo is poorly drawn on, and the earrings are just shopped in.
Honey badgers are reknown for their extreme aggressivity and brutality despite their size and cuddly appearence, so it's a rather fitting motif for Ratel. I would've liked more characters in Arknights whose animal/creature motif is significantly reflected in their background (the only examples I can think of are Warfarin, and Cement whose mole motif fits her job as a construction engineer specialized in excavation).
